SENATE BILL NO. 134 "An Act relating to the appointment of                                                                      
guardians ad litem; relating to petitions and proceedings for                                                                   
termination of parental rights; and amending Rules 1 and 6, Alaska                                                              
Adoption Rules" was read the second time.                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
Senator Micciche moved and asked unanimous consent the bill be                                                                  
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final
